This procedure of tire removal and installation can be used for the remainder of the tires on the articulated dump truck. 1. Remove wheel nuts (1). 2. Put Tooling (A) in position under the axle housing and raise to a desired height.3. Move a lift truck in position and secure tire (2) in position on the lift truck.4. Remove tire and rim (2). The weight of each tire and rim is 588 Kg (1300 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the tires and rims.5. Properly secure the tire and rim (2) to the lift truck and then put it in position on the wheel.6. Install the nuts (1) that hold the tire and rim to the wheel. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb ft).
