Remove bolts and washers (6). 5. Remove four bolts and washers (7).6. Remove radiator guard (2) from frame. Weight of radiator (2) is 55 kg (120 lb).

Disconnect wire connector (20) and hose assembly (21) from ether starting aid (19). 13. Remove bolt, nut and washer (22). Remove belt (18) from air conditioning compressor (17) and position the air conditioning compressor (17) out of the way. 14. Attach lifting device to Radiator group (23) as shown. 15. Remove two bolts (25) connecting the upper fan guard (24) and the lower fan guard (26). Remove eight bolts (27) and washers. Remove both guards. 16. Remove four bolts (28), and move shroud (29) away from the radiator group (23). 17. Remove two bolts (30) from the bottom of radiator (23).18. Remove radiator group (23) from the machine. Weight of the radiator is 95 kg (210 lb). 19. Attach tooling (A) to oil cooler (31). Remove eight bolts (32) and remove oil cooler (31). Install in reverse order of removal. Refill radiator to proper
