Separate the track.

Use Tooling (A) to raise the frame in order to create enough clearance between the sprocket and the track.

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bolts (1) .

Remove plugs (2) .
Use Tooling (C) to separate the sprocket from the final drive.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove sprocket (3) . The weight of sprocket (3) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).Installation Procedure
Install sprocket (3) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Degrease all components with Tooling (E) before assembly.
Apply Tooling (D) to bolts (1) .
Use Tooling (B) in order to install bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) in a crisscross pattern to a torque of 500 75 N m (369 55 lb ft). Tighten an additional 40° 5.
