2. Remove bolts (2) and cover (1) from the radiator guard. 3. Remove bolts (3) and elbow (4) from the radiator. 4. Remove bolts (7) and disconnect lights (5) and backup alarm (6) from the radiator guard. 5. Remove bolts (8) and disconnect elbow (9) from the radiator. 6. Install 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolt (10) in the radiator as shown. 7. Remove three bolts (11) from the four corners of the radiator guard.8. Remove the radiator from the machine. The weight of the radiator is 133 kg (295 lb.).Install Radiator
1. Fasten 1/2"-13 NC eyebolt (2) and a hoist to radiator (1).2. Put radiator (1) in position on the machine as shown and install the three bolts in each corner of the radiator guard. 3. Install the gasket and elbow (3) to the radiator. 4. Install gasket (4) and elbow (5) to the bottom of the radiator. 5. Connect lights (6) and backup alarm (7) on the radiator guard.6. Put the cover in position on the radiator guard.end by:a) install hydraulic oil coolerb) install water temperature regulator
