Adherence to the updated diagnostic flow chart is required. Deviations from the correct sequence of the process may cause additional diagnostic time and a result in a claim that will not be paid. The resulting test data that is captured during the use of the procedures is now required to be included with a report for the warranty claim. Refer to the Special Instruction above for the correct procedures.Also, a new "HEUI Hotline" has also been established in order to support questions from the field. A technician from the "HEUI Hotline" may provide an authorization number. The authorization number guarantees that your warranty claim will be paid.
