Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the gear motor (ventilation system). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Ventilation Motor) - Remove".

Remove shaft key (1) from shaft (2) .

Remove eight bolts (3) and cover (4) .

Remove bearings (5) from cover (4) .

Remove plug (6) from cover (4). Remove O-ring seal (7) from plug (6) .

Remove driven gear (8) from housing (9) .

Remove gear (11) and shaft key (10). Remove gasket (12) from housing (9) .
