1. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the fuel injection pump housing and the cylinder head. Install covers on all fuel line connections to keep dirt or dust out of the fuel system. 2. Remove bolts (2) that hold the brackets for the fuel lines to the cylinder head.3. Remove bolts (3) that hold the bracket for the fuel lines to the governor housing.4. Remove fuel injection lines (1). The following steps are for the installation of the fuel injection lines.5. Put fuel injection lines (1) in position on the engine. Install the bolts that hold the bracket for the fuel lines to the cylinder head.6. Install bolts (3) that hold the bracket for the fuel lines to the governor housing.7. Remove the covers from the fuel line connections. Connect the fuel injection lines to the fuel injection pump housing and the cylinder head. Tighten nuts (2) for the fuel injection lines to a torque of 40 7 N m (30 5 lb.ft.) with tool (A).
