Remove the felling head.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (1). The weight of tilt cylinder (1) is approximately 48 kg (106 lb). Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tilt linkage (3).
Remove pin assembly (2) from tilt cylinder (1). Use Tooling (A) to position tilt linkage (3) out of the way.

Remove tilt cylinder (1).
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 in order to reposition the tilt linkage from the other side of the machine.

Remove hose assemblies (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift cylinder (5). The weight of lift cylinder (5) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).
Remove bolt (6) and pin assembly (7) from lift cylinder (5). Use the suitable lifting device to lower lift cylinder (5) out of the way.
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 in order to lower the lift cylinder from the other side of the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to lift arm assembly (10). The weight of lift arm assembly (10) is approximately 593.4 kg (1308 lb).
Remove bolt (9) and pin assembly (8) from lift arm assembly (10).
Repeat Step 10 for the other side.
Remove lift arm assembly (10). Installation Procedure
Install lift arm assembly (10) in the reverse order of removal.
