Install tube (1) onto the left side of the radiator module. Secure tube (1) with four bolts (AQ), four washers (AR), and four clamps (AP) that were removed in Step 25 of the "Removal Procedure".
Secure 454-2332 Hoses (AY) and tube assembly (AW) onto tube (1) by using four 226-0087 Clamps (AX). Tighten clamps (AX) to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75.2 8.9 lb in).Note: Assemble each pair of clamps (AX) by rotating until the T-bolts are located 180 90 degrees from each other. Under no circumstances should the T-bolts be lined side by side.
Insert tube (2) and install onto the right side of the radiator module. Secure tube (2) with four bolts (AQ), four washers (AR), and four clamps (AP) that were removed in Step 25 of the "Removal Procedure".
Secure hoses (AY) and tube assembly (AW) onto tube (1) by using four clamps (AX). Tighten clamps (AX) to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75.2 8.9 lb in).Note: Assemble each pair of clamps (AX) by rotating until the T-bolts are located 180 90 degrees from each other. Under no circumstances should the T-bolts be lined side by side.

(3) 5P-8286 O-Ring Seal
Install four O-Ring seals (3) into the upper and lower tube assemblies.Note: If the O-Ring seals on the upper tube assemblies are still in place, replace the old O-Ring seals with the new O-Ring seals (3).

Secure bracket assembly (4) and bracket assembly (7) to the front of the radiator group by using four bolts (5) and four hard washers (6).
Secure channel assembly (8), channel assembly (9), and plate (10) by using 10 bolts (11) and 10 hard washers (12).

Secure channel assembly (8) to the top of the radiator group by using two bolts (13) and two hard washers (12).

Attach a suitable lifting device to aftercooler core assemblies (14) and position aftercooler core assemblies (14) on the front of the radiator module.Note: Each aftercooler core assembly (14) weighs approximately 119 kg (262 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to channel assembly (15).
Secure channel assembly (15) to the front of the radiator module by using two bolts (13) and two hard washers (12).
Secure plate (10) by using four bolts (11) and four hard washers (12).
Secure the aftercooler core assemblies (14) to the bracket assemblies by using eight mount assemblies (16), eight bolts (17), and eight hard washers (18).
