Removal Procedure

Disconnect harness assembly (1) and remove clip (2).
Loosen clamp assemblies (3) and remove the exhaust gas venturi assembly (5). Note: Clamp assemblies (3) are one-time use parts, and should be discarded after removal. Install new clamp assemblies.
Remove hoses (4) and discard the hoses. Note: Hoses (4) are one-time use parts, and should be discarded after removal. Install new hoses.
Remove clamp assembly (6) and the tube assembly if needed. If clamp assembly (6) is removed, discard the clamp assembly. Note: Clamp assembly (6) is a one time use part, and should be discarded after removal. Install a new clamp assembly.

Remove NRS intake pressure sensor (7) and the O-ring seal. Assembly Procedure
Assemble exhaust sensor lines group in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten NRS intake pressure sensor (7) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten clamp assembly (6) to a torque of 8.5 2 N m (75 18 lb in).
