Draining the hydraulic tank causes the brake pump to lose prime.Failure to reprime the brake pump may result in system damage. All pump lines and pump housing must be filled with oil prior to start-up.

Install Tooling (A) to hydraulic oil cooler (13), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to install hydraulic oil cooler (13). The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler is 50 kg (110 lb).
Install two bolts (16) and the washers.

Connect hose assembly (15) to the coolant tank.

Install four bolts and clamps (14) .
Connect two hose assemblies (11) and (12) to hydraulic oil cooler (13) .

Install plate (10), two bolts (9), and the washers.

Install right side baffle (7) and bolts (8).

Install left side baffle (6) and bolts (5) .

Install grill (4) and four bolts (3) .

Install grill (2) and six bolts (1). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.
Fill the hydraulic tank to the proper level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
