Install the gasket and base assembly (9) on the engine. Install bolts (8).

Connect harness assemblies (7).
Install the gasket on the core assembly.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device on cover (3). Position cover (3) on the core assembly. The weight of cover (3) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).
Install bolts (2).
Position cover (3) and the core assembly on the engine. The weight of cover (3) and the core assembly is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).
Install bolts (4).
Connect tube assemblies (1).
Install adapters (5).
Install tube assemblies (6).
Refill the coolant system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
