Illustration 2 g03399551Inspect the canopy for hardware that is loose, damaged, or missing. Replace any hardware that is loose, damaged, or missing with original replacement parts only. Torque the four bolts (A-B) to 110 N m (81 lb ft).Do not weld reinforcement plates to the canopy in order to straighten the canopy. Do not weld reinforcement plates to the canopy in order to repair the canopy.Consult your Cat dealer for inspection of any potential damage or repair of any damage to any operator protective structure (Including ROPS, FOPS, TOPS, OPS, and OPG). Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS6929 , "Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair of Operator Protective Structures (OPS) and Attachment Installation Guidelines for All Earthmoving Machinery".
