Remove the power train guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Guard (Transmission) - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) from each side of plate (2). Remove plate (2) .

Disconnect hose (3) and hose assembly (4). Repeat for the other side.

Position Tooling (A) under oil cooler guard (6). The combined weight of the oil cooler and oil cooler guard (6) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove bolts (5) and (7). Loosen bolt (8). Repeat for the other side. Slide oil cooler guard (6) onto Tooling (A) and lower oil cooler guard (6) to the ground.Note: The oil cooler will be removed with oil cooler guard (6) .

Remove six bolts (10) and separate oil cooler (9) from oil cooler guard (6) .
