Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install spool (9), spacers (10), outer spring (11), inner spring (12), stop (17), O-ring seal (16), cover (15), washers (14), and bolts (13) into valve body (5).
Install O-ring seal (8), fitting (7), and dust cap (6) into valve body (5).
Install O-ring seal (4), cover (3), washers (2), and bolts (1) into valve body (5). End By:
Install the torque converter outlet relief valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Relief Valve (Torque Converter Outlet) - Install".
