Which Generate This Code:This diagnostic code is recorded when the implement electronic control (ECM) determines that the solenoid valve is out of calibration. The possible causes for this diagnostic code are listed:
New software has been flashed.
The calibration of the valve has failed.Note: Ensure that the diagnostic code is active.Test Step 1. CHECK CALIBRATION.
Calibrate the main control valve. See Testing and Adjusting, "Main Control Valve (Electronic Technician) - Calibrate" or Testing and Adjusting, "Main Control Valve (Operator Monitor) - Calibrate".
Recheck the diagnostic code.
Ensure that the diagnostic code is active.
Observe the ON/OFF status of the diagnostic code indicator as the auxiliary function is fully actuated.Expected Result:The diagnostic code indicator is inactive. Results:
YES - The diagnostic code indicator is inactive.Repair: The diagnostic code is not active now. Calibration corrected the diagnostic code. Clear the diagnostic code. Stop.
NO - The diagnostic code indicator is active.Repair: It is unlikely that the ECM has failed. Perform calibration for the Main Control Valve again. Also, ensure that the diagnostic code indicator is active for this diagnostic code. If the cause is not found, replace the solenoid and perform the calibration again. If this does not eliminate the diagnostic code, replace the ECM. See Testing and Adjusting, "Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Replace". Stop.
