1. Press and hold the switch to get into the CAL (calibrate) mode.2. Press and hold the switch to NEXT to index the display to the following: * K Factor 1* Language English or metric (use UP or DOWN to change)* Spray Bar 8 feet (use UP or DOWN to change)* Flow Pick-up K Factor off flow meter* Speed Pick-up 338 Pulses per foot for RM-350 or 1400 pulses per foot for RR-250* Maximum Emulsion Flow 240 Gallons Per Minute* Maximum Travel Speed 220 Feet Per Minute* Vehicle Type RM-350 or RR-2503. Release the CAL switch.4. Go to the SET mode by holding the switch to the SET.5. Hold the switch to NEXT to set the following: * Application Rate .1 to 7.5 Gallons per square yard (use UP or DOWN to change to desired value)* Distance Since Last Reset Total distance travelled since the system was last reset* Autorecirculate 20 Gallons Per Minute (Desired flow)6. Release switch from SET.7. The system is now ready to operate. Attach the hoses from the source (supply and return).8. Open the hand valve to the pump inlet. Make sure the bypass valve is in OPEN position to return source. If parameter settings are not correct, see "Lab Mode".
