Bearing assembly
Place the new bearing assemblies on the surface of an inspection plate. Measure dimension (A) at three locations and determine the average dimension.

Obtain dimension (B) at three locations and determine the average dimension.

Obtain dimension (C) at three locations and determine the average dimension.

Disk
Add dimension (B) and dimension (C) in order to obtain dimension (D). Subtract the average dimension (A) from dimension (D) and add 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm (0.002 inch to 0.004 inch) in order to obtain dimension (E). The disk must be ground to dimension (E).
