Remove bolts (1), bolt (2), and plate (3) .

Use Tooling (A) to remove pin (4) from hardbar (5). Use two people to remove Tooling (A) and pin (4) from hardbar (5). The combined weight of pin (4) and Tooling (A) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove bolts (6) and hard washers (7) .
Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side of the machine.

Use suitable blocking with Tooling (B) to balance hardbar (5). The weight of hardbar (5) is approximately 327 kg (720 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to hardbar (5). Use Tooling (C) to remove pin (8) (not shown).
Repeat Step 6 for the opposite side of the machine.
Lower hardbar (5).

Use Tooling (D) to remove sleeve bearing (9) (not shown).
Repeat Step 9 for the opposite side of the machine.Installation Procedure

Install sleeve bearing (9). Install sleeve bearing (9) flush with the outer surface of the frame.
Refer to Step 1 for the opposite side of the machine.

Use suitable cribbing and Tooling (B) to balance hardbar (5). Attach a suitable lifting device to lift hardbar (5) into position. The weight of hardbar (5) is approximately 327 kg (720 lb).
Apply Tooling (E) to pin (8). Install pin (8) .
