Start By:a. remove pilot system relief valve1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. The hydraulic tank capacity is 403 L (105 gal).2. Remove the lower panel from the outside of the hydraulic tank. 3. Remove three bolts (1) and move manifold away from hydraulic tank.4. Disconnect oil lines (2), (4), and (6). Disconnect wire (5).5. Remove clip (3). Remove four bolts (7) that hold the bracket for the cooler flow control valve to the hydraulic tank. 6. Put a wire around the filter housing (9) and the door frame to hold the housing in place when bolts (8) and (10) are removed. Remove two bolts (8) from manifold and two bolts (10) holding the front support bracket to the hydraulic tank. 7. Disconnect three oil lines (11) and oil line (14).8. Remove two bolts (15) and move the reducing valve away from the hydraulic tank. Remove two bolts (12) and move the pilot system filter housing away from the hydraulic tank.9. Remove six bolts (13). 10. Disconnect wire (16).11. Install tooling (A) and a hoist to the hydraulic tank. Remove the tank. Weight of the hydraulic tank is 523 kg (1150 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic tank.12. Install tooling (A) and a hoist to the hydraulic tank. Put the tank in position and install six bolts (13).13. Connect wire (16).14. Position the pilot system oil filter and install two bolts (12). Position the reducing valve and install two bolts (15).15. Connect three oil lines (11) and oil line (14).16. Position the filter housing on the hydraulic tank. Install two bolts (8) and two bolts (10).17. Position the bracket for the cooler flow control valve and install four bolts (7). Install clip (3).18. Connect wire (5). Connect oil lines (2), (4), and (6).19. Position the manifold and install three bolts (1).20. Install the lower panel on the outside of the tank.21. After the installation of the pilot system relief valve, fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. See the Operation And Maintenance Manual.End By:a. install the pilot system relief valve
