Parts Required
1. Fabricate two deflectors from five ply, nylon-polyester "SBR" rubber. Additional specifications for the deflectors include a 1.0 mm (.04 in) ply separation, 13.6 MPa (1970 psi) X 7.8 MPa (1130 psi) tensile strength, and 13.6 MPa (1970 psi) reinforcement orientation in the vertical direction of the view shown in Illustration 1.

Drill three holes in plate (2) that is shown in Illustration 2.

Location of plate (2) at the opening for the bowl hinge. 3. Construct six bosses 22 mm (.9 in) diameter and 14 mm (.6 in) thick of mild carbon steel. Material specifications are ST-37-2 or E24-2.4. Weld the bosses in the positions shown in Illustration 3.
