1 Install plate (1) on the lugs on the left side of the frame. Install accumulators (2) [3G2351 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 3G7399 - 14G, 16G] with clamps (3). 2 Fill the accumulators with dry nitrogen to the correct specifications. Install 5P9810 Unions (4) with 3D2824 Seals. Install 3G7410 Valve Groups (5) on unions (4). Tighten unions (4) and valves (5) to 35 lb.ft. (45 N m) torque. 3 Disconnect and remove hoses (6). Remove elbows (7) and connectors (8). 4 On 12G, 130G or 140G machines install 307943 Elbows (9) with 3K360 Seals. Install 5P3166 Tees (10). Elbows (9) and tees (10) must be installed in the positions shown. On 14G and 16G machines install 5P2574 Connector (11) with 3K360 Seals and 5P3165 Tee (12) in each blade lock valve. 5 Install connectors (13) [8M505 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 2R6276 - 14G, 16G]. Use new seals on the connectors. Connect hose assembly (14) [6G1343 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 6G1488 - 14G; 6G1643 - 16G] to connector (13). Connect hose (14) to tee (10) or (12) as shown. On some earlier 12G, 130G and 140G machines it may be necessary to move the blade lock valves up 2.0" (51.0) to give clearance between the side shift pin puller and hoses (14). 6 Install clips (15) [6D4244 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 5P7854 - 14G, 16G]. Tighten the connections on hoses (14). 7 If the machine does not have bosses (16), install 9D6166 Bosses to the dimensions shown with .12" (3.3) fillet welds all around. 8 Install connectors (17) [2R6276 - 14G, 16G; 308189 - 12G, 130G, 140G] and 3D2824 Seals in valve group (5) (rear). Connect hose (18) [6G1342 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 6G1486 - 14G; 6G1489 - 16G] between connector (17) and tee (10) or (12) (left side of the machine). Install clip (19) [8J8197 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 8D9947 - 14G, 16G]. 9 Install 307944 Elbow (20) [14G, 16G] or 308189 Connector (21) [12G, 130G, 140G] in valve (5) (front). Connect hose (22) [6G1345 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 9D7896 - 14G; 6G1491 - 16G] between elbow (20) or connector (21) and tee (10) on the right side. 10 Install clips (23) [6D4244 - 12G, 130G, 140G; 5P7854 - 14G, 16G] on hose (22) as shown. Use a .11" Ø (2.7 Ø) drill bit to make four holes (A). Install 1S8412 Plate (24) with 4B4158 Drive Screws.Wiring Group Installation
1 Connect orange/black wire (1) from 6G1496 Harness Assembly (2) to terminal assembly (3). Connect harness (2) to valve groups (4) as shown. 2 Remove plugs (5) from holes (A) and (B) in the operator's console. Assemble 8M6175 Lamp, 9D3127 Base, and 9D2867 Lens (6) through 9D5462 Plate (7) and install them in hole (A). Install 8D2676 Switch (8) in hole (B). Connect white/black wires (9) from harness (2) to the lower terminal on switch (8) and to lamp base (6). Connect orange/black wire (10) to the center terminal on
