10. Put hoses (52) and (53) along the right side of the frame. Connect hose (52) to elbow (24) and hose (53) to elbow (26). Install the clips and ties to hold all the hoses.Replacement of 2G7628 And 2G7629 Plate Assemblies
On earlier machines already equipped with blade float and a 2G7610 Wiring Group, the float control valves are installed under the compartment floor on 2G7628 and 2G7629 Plate Assemblies. New parts can be installed as a service replacement for these plate assemblies that will move the control valves to a location above the floor and inside the cab. See the following instructions.1. Disconnect the wiring harness from the float control valve and disconnect the linkage plate from the blade lift valve. Remove the float control valve and remove 2G7628 and 2G7629 Plate Assemblies. 2. Install 2G5449 Plate (1) to the frame with the former bolts. Drill two .28" Ø (7.1 Ø) holes (A) for the right side or holes (B) for the left side, through the cab angle and plate (1). Install 6G2102 Bracket (2) on the right side, or 6G2103 Bracket (left side) with S1615 Bolts and 1B4330 Nuts. 3. Install the switch on bracket (2). Pull the wires up through hole (C) and connect them to the switch. Connect plate (3) to the valve and the blade lift valve stem.Wiring Group Installation
1. For machines with a ROPS canopy, or without a cab or canopy, fabricate two plates (1) as shown from .25" (6.4) thick mild steel. Fasten the plates to the front of the frame platform with 4M61 Bolts, 5S7384 Lockwashers and 4B4277 Washers. 2. On machines equipped with a 9D1240 Enclosed ROPS, drill two .28" Ø (7.1 Ø) holes (A) for the right side, and holes (B) for the left side, through the existing cab angle and 2G5449 Plate (2) as shown. Install 6G2102 Bracket (3) on the right side and 6G2103 Bracket on the left side. 3. On machines with 2G9890 Enclosed ROPS and 6G270 Weather Insulation Group, remove 6G217 Plates (4). Install 6G2102 Bracket (3) (right side) and 6G2103 Bracket (left side) on 6G2104 Brackets (5) with S1615 Bolts and 1B4330 Nuts. Install brackets (5). The remainder of the procedure is the same for all machines. 4. Install 7N2354 Switches (7) and (8) on brackets (3) and (6) with 328924 Screws, 3B4502 Lockwashers, 4B4274 Washers and 4B2047 Nuts. Do not tighten the bolts at this time. Install 2G7582 Plates (9) on switches (7) and (8) and blade control linkage (10) with 6J2256 Pins (11). 5. Install a 2H3429 Snap Ring on switches (7) and (8) to the dimension shown. Adjust switches (7) and (8) to keep switch levers (12) in the neutral position .06" (1.5) when the blade lift control levers are in the neutral position.
