TYPICAL EXAMPLE2. Loosen clamp bolt and remove ground cable (1) to negative (-) terminal.3. Loosen clamp bolts and remove cable (2) between batteries.4. Loosen clamp bolt and remove cable (3) to positive (+) terminal.5. Remove four nuts and lockwashers (5). Remove bracket (4).6. Remove batteries (6). Weight is approximately 111 lb. each (50 kg).7. Put batteries (6) in position. Install bracket (4) and install four lockwashers and nuts (5). See Lubrication and Maintenance Guide for wiring diagram when batteries are installed.8. Install cable (3) to positive (+) terminal. Tighten clamp bolt.9. Install cable (2) between batteries. Tighten clamp bolts.10. Install ground cable (1) to negative (-) terminal. Tighten clamp bolt.11. Install the battery cover.Remove And Install Head Lights
1. Remove nut(2), lockwasher and spacer.2. Disconnect wire from back of light assembly (1).3. Remove light assembly (1).4. Put light assembly (1) in position.5. Connect wire to back of the light assembly.6. Install spacer, lockwasher and nut (2).7. For adjustment of light, loosen nut (2) and move light to the desired position. Tighten the nut.
