Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the relief valve (rear axle motor unloader). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Relief Valve (Rear Axle Motor Unloader) - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced. Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove tee fitting (1). Remove fitting (2) and the O-ring seal.

Remove cap (3). Remove fitting (6). Remove adapter (4) and the O-ring seal from valve body (5).

Remove O-ring seal (7) from the adapter.

Remove bolt (8) and the washer. Remove the electrical connector from clip (9). Remove locknut (11) and the washer. Remove coil assembly (10) from the cartridge.

Remove plug (12) and the O-ring seal from the body. Remove cartridge assembly (13) from the body. Remove plug (14) and the O-ring seal from the body.

Remove O-ring seal (15) from the plug.

Remove O-ring seal (16) from the plug.

Remove back up ring (17) and O-ring seal (18). Remove O-ring seal (19) from the cartridge.

Remove O-ring seal (20) from the body. Remove plug (21) and the O-ring seal from the body. Remove plug (22) and the O-ring seal from the body. Remove plug (23) and the O-ring seal from the body.
