Removal Procedure
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Remove oil filter housing (1).

Disconnect harness assembly (2) and harness assembly (3). Remove the connecting hardware.

Remove bolts (4). Remove oil filter base (5).

Remove retaining ring (7). Remove retainer (8). remove spring (9).

Remove pressure sensor (11). Remove adapter (12).

Remove sensor (15). Remove adapter (16).

Remove spool (17). Remove spring (18). Installation Procedure
Install oil filter base (5) and oil filter housing (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten sensor (15) to a torque of 80 10 N m (59 7 lb ft)
Tighten pressure sensor (11) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
