Install plate (3) on the stick with bolts (11) and washers (10).
Install two right-hand support assemblies (5) on the stick with bolts (12) and washers (14).

Support installation with high flow auxiliary lines.
Loosen the existing bolts in clips (A), (B), and valve (C).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from valve (C). Install plate (3) between valve (C) and the mounting block. Install bolts (15) and washers (10) in valve (C) and plate (3).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from clips (B). Install support (5) between clips (B) and the mounting block. Install bolts (16) and washers (14) in clips (B) and plate (15).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from clips (A). Install support (5) between clips (A) and the mounting block. Install bolts (16) and washers (14) in clips (A) and plate (15).
Install manifold (1) on plate (3) with bolts (13).
Install adapter (6) in manifold (1). Note: Make sure O-ring seals (9) are installed in both ends of tube (7).
Connect tube (7) to adapter (6) on manifold (1). Install clips (2) on tube (7) and install bolts (12) and washers (14) on support (5).
Connect hose (8) to tube (7) and the boom lines.
Torque both of the connections for tube (7) to 76 4 N m (56 3lb ft). Tighten all other hose connections. Tighten all the bolts for the supports and clips.
Repeat the installation procedure for the left side substituting left side support (4) for right side support (5).

Support installation with high flow auxiliary lines.
Loosen the existing bolts in clips (A), (B), and valve (C).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from valve (C). Install plate (3) between valve (C) and the mounting block. Install bolts (15) and washers (10) in valve (C) and plate (3).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from clips (B). Install support (5) between clips (B) and the mounting block. Install bolts (16) and washers (14) in clips (B) and plate (15).
Remove and discard the existing bolts from clips (A). Install support (5) between clips (A) and the mounting block. Install bolts (16) and washers (14) in clips (A) and plate (15).
Install manifold (1) on plate (3) with bolts (13).
Install adapter (6) in manifold (1). Note: Make sure O-ring seals (9) are installed in both ends of tube (7).
Connect tube (7) to adapter (6) on manifold (1). Install clips (2) on tube (7) and install bolts (12) and washers (14) on support (5).
Connect hose (8) to tube (7) and the boom lines.
Torque both of the connections for tube (7) to 76 4 N m (56 3lb ft). Tighten all other hose connections. Tighten all the bolts for the supports and clips.
Repeat the installation procedure for the left side substituting left side support (4) for right side support (5).
