The existing intake manifold air temperature sensor can fail do to both water and contamination through the harness connector.Solution
Replace the 274-6718 Pressure Sensor Gp with the 299-3956 Pressure Sensor Gp and replace the ladder clip with a 183-4274 Bracket to hold the interface connection between the external harness and the pigtail sensor. These modifications can be made using the existing external harness.The removal and installation procedure for the new sensor assembly is shown below.Required Parts

Remove the ladder clip (1), the cable straps (2), and the pressure sensor (3) .

Install the intake manifold air pressure sensor (6) with a 214-7566 O-Ring Seal . Tighten the intake manifold air pressure sensor to 10 2 N m (7 1 lb ft).
Assemble the bracket (4) where the Illustration shows.Note: Use the standard torque to fasten the bolt and bracket.
Connect the potted pigtail sensor to the external harness and secure with cable straps to the bracket as show in Illustration 2.
Secure the remainder of the external harness with cable straps as shown in Illustration 2.
