Cab (1) Left control lever and keypad. (2) DASA control unit. (3) Right hand control lever and keypad.Keypads (1) and (3) are mounted on the control levers. The keypads control the operation of the functions for the harvester head except open/close operation of the grapple. The term "Grapple" is used when the delimbing knives, the feed roller arms, and the holding arms are activated simultaneously.

Control Levers (1) Left control lever. (3) Right control lever. (4) This button is not used. (5) This button is not used. (6) "CLOSE" Press this button in order to close the grapple.Note: Buttons (6) and (7) are proportional switches. As the switch is depressed, the voltage that is sent from the switch increases. When the button is slowly depressed, the functions will close in sequential order: holding arms, delimbing knives and feed roller arms. If the button is quickly depressed, all of the functions close simultaneously. (7) "OPEN" Press this button in order to open the feed roller arms, holding arm, and delimbing knives. As the button is pressed inward the functions will open in order.

Left Console (8) Potentiometer (feed roller arms or holding arms). (9) Potentiometer (delimbing knives). (10) Attachment Switch.In the operation mode, potentiometers (8) and (9) can be used to vary the pressure of the hydraulic components that are applied to the tree. Turn the potentiometers in the clockwise direction in order to increase the pressure that is on the tree. Turn the potentiometers in the counterclockwise direction in order to decrease the pressure that is on the tree.Typically, potentiometers (8) and (9) should be set to zero and the settings of the DASA should control the pressures.Reference: For a detailed description of varying the pressure of the hydraulic components, refer to System Operation, RENR3004, "Solenoid Valve (Variable Pressure Reducing)".Potentiometer (8) controls the pressure of the feed rollers on the HH45 Harvester Head. Potentiometer (8) controls the pressure of the holding arm on the HH55, HH65, and HH75 Harvester Heads. Potentiometer (9) controls the pressure of the delimbing knives on the harvester heads. Attachment switch (10) controls the electrical power to the harvester head. When the switch is in the OFF position the DASA will not operate. The switch must be in the ON position in order to operate the DASA and the harvester head.

View Behind Operator's SeatThe printer is located in the rear of the cab. The printer is used to obtain a printout of the production reports and the machine variables.Note: Do not leave the printer on. This allows paper to be fed from the printer when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position.
