1. Open left platform assembly. Disconnect tube assemblies (2) and (4) from the pressure switch.2. Disconnect wire (1) from the pressure switch.3. Remove the two bolts that fasten the switch to bracket, then remove differential pressure switch (3).Install Differential Pressure Switch
1. Put differential pressure switch (3) in position on bracket and install the nuts and bolts that hold it.2. Connect tube assemblies (1) and (4) to the pressure switch. Connect wire (2) to the switch.3. Close the left platform assembly.Disassemble Differential Pressure Switch
start by:a) remove differential pressure switch 1. Remove switch (1) and O-ring seal from the housing assembly. 2. Remove nut assembly (5), spring (4), piston (3) and spring (2) from the housing assembly.3. Remove O-ring seals (7) from the nut assembly.4. Remove O-ring seals (6) from the piston.Assemble Differential Pressure Switch
1. Install O-ring seals (1) on the piston.2. Install O-ring seal (2) on the nut assembly.3. Install spring (4), piston (5), spring (6) and nut assembly (7) in housing assembly (3).4. Check the O-ring seal on the switch for wear or damage. If necessary, make a replacement. 5. Install switch (8) in the housing assembly.end by:a) install differential pressure switch
