ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect the Affected Product's engine serial number plate.
If the engine serial number plate does not state country of origin India, then replacement of the engine serial number plate is not needed.
If the engine serial number plate does state country of origin India, then replace the engine serial number plate.
A new engine serial number plate will need requested through Technical Marketing Information (TMI) system under Engine Emission Data tab by clicking link at the bottom "Need emission replacement label- Click here!" or by using the link below.

1. Create or login to ERC website
2. Fill out replacement form
3. In field Label Type Requested select "Metal Engine Serial Number Plate"
4. In field Service Letter Number - enter the service letter program number
5. Then select Create
Once the new engine serial number plate is received, remove the existing engine serial number plate and affix the new engine serial number plate to the engine.
