Remove the oil filter.
Remove the turbocharger.

Remove sensors (2) and remove tube assembly (1).

Remove bolts (7). Remove the elbows and pipe (6).
Remove bolts (3). Remove locknuts (4), along with the washers, the spacers, and the studs.
Remove manifold (5). Discard the gaskets and replace upon installation.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 4 for the other side.

Remove bolts (8). Remove nuts (10) and the studs.
Remove manifold (9). Discard the gaskets and replace upon installation.

Remove brace (13).
Remove pipes (12) and the O-ring seals.
Remove bolt (15) and three bolts (16). Remove bracket (14).Installation Procedure
Install manifolds (5) and (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolt (15) to a torque of 54 7 N m (40 5 lb ft).
Lubricate the O-ring seals for pipe (12) with Tooling (A). Ensure that the cup plugs have been removed prior to installation.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of nuts (10). Tighten the studs to 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
Lubricate the O-ring seals of pipe (6) with Tooling (A).

Tightening sequence for locknuts (4).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of locknuts (4). Tighten to 38 5 N m (28 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (C) to the bore and O-ring seals of tube assembly (2).
Apply Tooling (D) to sensors (1).
