Remove engine enclosure.
Remove support (cab).
Remove piston pump.

Remove bolts (3) and clamp (1). Remove tube assembly (2) .

Loosen clamp (5) and remove bolts (7). Remove tube assemblies (6).

Remove hose (8) and hoses (9) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (10) .

Disconnect hose (12) and hose assemblies (11) .

Disconnect harness assembly (13). Reposition harness assembly (13) .

Disconnect cable assembly (14). Remove nut (16) and reposition ground strap (15) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to engine (17). The weight of engine (17) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb). Remove engine (7) .
Remove bolts (18) and engine (17) .Installation Procedure
Install engine (17) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nut (16) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
Ensure clamp (5) gap is not aligned with the slots in tube assembly (6). Tighten clamp (5) to a torque of 47 5 N m (35 3 lb ft).
