Remove the manifold (suction).

Note: Clamp (1) halves are matched pairs. Place identification marks on clamp (1) for installation purposes.
Remove bolts (2) and clamp (1). Repeat for the remaining clamps.

Use the provided lifting eyes and a suitable lifting device to remove fluid end well stimulation (3). Refer to Table 2 for the approximate weight of Fluid End (3). Remove nuts (4) and Fluid End (3) .Installation Procedure
Install the Fluid End (3) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Check the length of each rod before installing fluid end (3). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Rod - Remove and Install".
Apply Tooling (C) on the rods.

Torque nuts (4) in sequence shown in Illustration 4 and 5. Refer to Table 3 for torque of nuts (4) .
Apply Tooling (B) on bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 108 N m (80 lb ft).
