Install lift control valve (35) on the rods.
Assemble the tilt control valve, as follows:

For the assembly of valve spool assembly (27), perform Step 3.a through Step 3.c.
Install valve spool assembly (27) in the manifold.

Install cap (26) and allen head screws (25). Tighten the allen head screws to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).

Install O-ring seal (24) and wiper (23) .

Install plate (22) and allen head screws (21) .

Install O-ring seal (20), valve (19), and spring (18) .

Install tilt control valve (17) on the rods.
Assemble the relief valve, as follows:
Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

Install O-ring seal (16). Install valve (15), plunger assembly (14), spring (13), and spring (12) in housing (8) .
Install backup ring (10). Install O-ring seal (11). Install O-ring seal (9).
Install valve body (7) in housing (8). Tighten valve body (7) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft). Install nut (6). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 9.5 1.4 N m (84.1 12.4 lb in).

Install relief valve (4) in the manifold. Tighten relief valve (4) to a torque of 45 N m (33 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (5) .

Install manifold (3) on the rods.

Install nut (2) on the rod. Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft). Install nuts (2A) on the rods. Tighten nuts (2A) to a torque of 19 2 N m (14 2 lb ft).

Install the block valve on mounting bracket (1A) with socket head bolts (1) .End By: Install the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
