Remove the cover (23) with the shaft and the diaphragm together. Note: The shaft and the diaphragm must be removed from the arm assembly for removal.

Remove the lower brass fitting (25).
Turn over the housing.

Remove the upper brass fitting (26).
Remove the washer (27).

Remove the washer (28) and the diaphragm assembly (29). Note: Mark the casing for proper installation.
Tap the upper casing (30) in order to remove the diaphragm assembly (31).
Remove the jet (32).

Disassemble the small diaphragm assembly (31).

Remove the large tee (38).
If necessary, remove the valve plunger assembly (39) from the tee.

Remove the cotter pin (40) in order to be able to push the shaft assembly (41) into the valve. The shaft assembly should be pushed far enough in order to access the arm assembly.

Remove the two retaining clips (43) and the pin (42) in order to remove the arm (44) and the shaft (41) from the regulator housing.

Disassemble the cover for the gas pressure regulator.

Remove the guide (54) from the cover (23).
Remove the washer (55).
Remove the diaphragm (56).

Disassemble the large diaphragm assembly.
