Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Mark parts as needed to aid in assembly.Note: Access to the keypad mounting hardware and the keypad harness is within the side console. The instrument panel, the dash panel, and the console covers may be removed in order to provide clearance for removing the keypad.
Turn battery disconnect switch to the OFF position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
Drain the oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill".

Remove three screws (1) from dash assembly (2). Remove the dash assembly.

Remove eight screws (5) from console cover (6). Remove the console cover.Note: The console cover shares three screws with the top panel. The console cover and the top panel are secured with a total of 12 screws.
Remove seven screws (4) that secure top panel (3). Remove the top panel.

Remove four locknuts (8) .
Disconnect keypad harness (9). Remove keypad (7) .Installation Procedure
Install the keypad (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten four locknuts (2) to a torque of 1.7 0.25 N m (1.2 0.18 lb ft).
