2. Put identification on wires (3) for correct installation. Disconnect wires (3) from the wiper motor. 3. Remove rubber grommet (4), the nut, washer and fiber washer from the wiper motor shaft.
When bolts (6) are removed, the wiper motor is free to fall.

1. Put wiper motor (1) and linkage in position in the cab. 2. Put bracket (3) in position and install two bolts (2) that hold the bracket and the wiper motor to the cab. 3. Install fiber washer, washer and nut (4) on the wiper motor shaft.4. Install rubber grommet (5) over the nut.5. Connect wires (6) to the original place on the wiper motor. 6. start by: a) remove windshield wiper motor and linkage1. Remove nut (3) and disconnect arm (4) from the wiper motor shaft. 2. Remove three bolts (2) that hold wiper motor (1) to the bracket. Remove wiper motor (1).3. Remove wave washer (5) from wiper motor (1). 4. Remove screws (7) and shaft and link assembly (6) from the bracket. 5. Use tool (A) and remove retaining ring (8). Remove wave washer (9), washer and support (10) from shaft and link assembly (6). 6. Remove clip (11), washer (14) and shaft and link assembly (6) from link (15).7. Remove clip (12), washer (13) and arm (4) from link (15) Assemble Windshield Wiper Motor And Linkage
1. Put link (7) in position on arm (6). Install washer (3) and clip (4) that holds arm (6) on link (7). 2. Put shaft and link assembly (5) in position. Install washer (1) and clip (2) that holds shaft assembly and link (5) to link (7).3. Install support (11), washer (10) and wave washer (9) on the shaft and link assembly. Use tool (A) and install retaining ring (8) on the shaft and link assembly. 4. Put shaft and link assembly (5) in position in bracket (12). Install two screws (13) that hold the shaft and link assembly to the bracket. 5. Put wiper motor (14) in position on bracket (12) and install the three bolts that hold the wiper motor to the bracket. 6. Install wave washer (15) and arm (6) on the wiper motor shaft, then install the lockwasher and nut.
