Installation Procedure
Inspect the condition of the O-ring seals and the flange gaskets. Replace the seals and the gaskets, if necessary.

Install O-ring seals (18) onto tube assembly (2). Install tube assembly (2) onto water pump (6). Install O-ring seal (17) onto water pump (6).

Install the flange gaskets onto the water pump. Install water pump (6) and the tube assembly. Install bolts (15) onto timing cover (16) .

Move alternator bracket (14) into the original position. Install bolt (13) .
Install bolts (12) .

Install housing (10) and the gasket. Install bolts (9). Install alternator bracket (8) and bolts (7). Connect hose (11) .

Position the flange gasket between hose assembly (5) and water pump (6). Install bolts (3) .
Tighten hose clamps (4) .
Position the flange gasket between tube assembly (2) and the water temperature regulator housing. Install bolts (1) .
Fill the cooling system.. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Install the engine oil filter. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, " Engine Oil and Filter - Change".End By:
Install the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator - Remove and Install".
Install the engine side guard on the right side of the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
