1. Tighten the nuts to 24 1 N m (212 9 lb in).
2. After a minimum of 0.5 hours to a maximum of 4 hours, tighten the nuts again to 24 1 N m (212 9 lb in).

2. After a minimum of 0.5 hours to a maximum of 4 hours, tighten the nuts again to 24 1 N m (212 9 lb in.).
