Introduction
This procedure requires the usage of METSdiags for installation of the CAES **** Upgrade. Copy the new CAES executable "CAES*****.exe" to a folder on the METSmanager PC (example:Copy "CAES*****.exe" from the CD-Rom to "C:\TEMP\CAES*****.exe")Note: Be sure to save the "keypad.ini" file in a separate location. Otherwise, that information will be overwritten upon the installation of the new executable file.Procedure
Start METSdiags.
Within METSdiags, select the machine that needs to be upgraded. Use the "Machine" pull-down list on the toolbar.
Select the menu item "This Machine -> Send file to Machine". If a password is required, enter the password ("dolly"). On the "Send file to machine" dialog box, ensure that the title bar shows the name and ID of the machine to be upgraded.
Fill in the "Source filename" field with "C:\TEMP\CAES*****.EXE" or "Browse" in order to find that file.

For "Destination", check "Standard Path". Type "CAES*****.EXE" without quotation marks in the text field next to "Standard Path". Select "CAES Executable" from the pull-down list. Ensure that all fields on this dialog box are properly set. Select "OK" in order to transmit "CAES*****.EXE" to the machine.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for all machines that need to be upgraded.
Ensure that the transmission of "CAES*****.EXE" to all of the machines is complete. The transmission is complete when all of the entries that are related to "CAES*****.EXE" have been removed from the " Communications Queue" window.
As in step 2, select the machine that needs to be upgraded in the "Machines" pull-down list on the toolbar.
Select the menu item "This Machine -> Execute file on Machine". If the password is required, enter the password.

On the "Execute file on machine" dialog box, check "CAES Upgrade". In the text field enter "CAES*****.EXE" without the quotation marks. Select "OK" in order to restart the machine with CAESultra01.1.10.
Repeat steps 7 through 10 in order to complete the upgrade for all machines.
