(1) Usable (2) Replace this bucket tip. (3) OverwornCheck the bucket tips for wear. If the bucket tip has a hole, replace the bucket tip.

Block the bucket.

Remove the pin from the bucket tip. Use a hammer and a punch in order to drive the pin from the bucket tip.

Clean the adapter and the pin. When you replace tip (4), also replace pin (6) and rubber (7) .
Fit rubber (7) into adapter (5).

Install the new bucket tip onto the adapter.Note: The bucket tip can be rotated by 180 degrees in order to allow greater penetration or less penetration.
Drive pin (6) through tip (4) .
After you drive pin (6), make sure that the pin fits snugly into the groove.Side Cutters

Remove the mounting bolts and the side cutters.
Clean the mounting surfaces.Note: Some side cutters may be rotated for additional wear.
Install the new side cutters or the rotated side cutters.
