1. Tightening should be done in cross wise pattern.
2. Initially tighten to 6 3 N m (53 27 lb in).
3. Again, tighten to 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).
2 1 377-9588 Magnetic Plug Torque to 25 to 30 N m (221 to 266 lb in).
- - - Specification for pump:
Operating pressure is 250000 kPa (36260 psi).
Valve opening pressure is 285000 to 295000 kPa (41337 to 42787 psi).
Minimum valve closing pressure is 220000 kPa (31909 psi).
