Refer to Illustration 8 and 9 for Step 18 through Step 21.
Place P-clamp (3) facing down over hoses (20a) and (20b) as shown above.Place P-clamp (10) facing up over hose (20d) and stacked over clamp (3) .Use bolt (8) and washer (6) to attach clamps (3) and (10) to the existing boss as shown above.
Refer to Illustration 9. Use strap (18) to secure hoses (20a) and (20d). Locate the strap approximately 47 mm (1.85 inch) above the top of the coupling for hose (20a) as shown.
Place P-clamp (10) facing down over hose (20c) as shown in Illustration 8.Place P-clamp (10) facing up over hose (20e) and stacked over the clamp for hose (20c) as shown.Use bolt (8) and washer (6) to attach the clamps to the existing boss as shown above.
Refer to Illustration 9. Use strap (18) to secure hoses (20c) and (20e). Locate the strap 47 mm (1.85 inch) above the top of the coupling for hose (20c) as shown.

Attach hose (23d) from P1 on tilting coupler to elbow that is connected to hose (20d) as shown in Illustration 10.Attach hose (23e) from P2 on tilting coupler to elbow that is connected to hose (20e) as shown.
Install two clips (10) face up to secure hoses (23d) and (23e) as shown. Use bolts (8) and washers (7) to secure the clips to the stick.
Tighten the connection for (20d) to elbow (12) and the connection for (20e) to elbow (12) .
Double check all hydraulic connections and fasteners. Tighten and/or secure any connections that are loose.

Refer to Illustration 11 for Step 27 through Step 30.Note: Apply tie straps and position hoses to insure hoses fold in a plane to each side of the cylinder assembly and to avoid being damaged during coupler and cylinder articulation.
Use cable strap (5) to secure hose (23b) and (23e) between grease zerks as shown. Secure strap tightly to avoid slippage. Do not over tighten to avoid pinching the hose.
Use cable strap (5) to secure hose (23a) and (23d) between grease zerks as shown. Secure strap tightly to avoid slippage. Do not over tighten to avoid pinching the hose.
Use cable strap (5) to secure hose (23a), (23b), (23d), and (23e) approximately 49 mm (1.9 inch) below straps in Step 27 as shown. Secure strap tightly to avoid slippage. Do not over tighten to avoid pinching the hose.
