Remove & Install Intake Manifold
1. Remove four bolts and nuts (1). Remove one clamp (2) and air line (3).2. Remove one bolt, washers and nut (4) and disconnect the linkage.3. Remove two bolts, washers and spacers (5). Move instrument panel (6) to one side. 4. Disconnect temperature line (7) and the strap. Remove twelve bolts and washers (8) and remove the intake manifold and gaskets. The following steps are for the installation of the intake manifold. 5. Install the intake manifold and gaskets. Install twelve bolts and washers (8).6. Connect temperature line (7) and the strap. 7. Install instrument panel (6). Install two bolts, washers and spacers (5).8. Connect the linkage and install one bolt, washers and nut (4).9. Install the air line and one clamp (2). Install four bolts and nuts (1).
