Remove bolts (1) in order to remove walkway assembly (2) .

Remove bolts (3) in order to remove plate (4) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (5). Disconnect harness assemblies (6). Remove bolts (7) and electronic control module (8) .

Remove tube assemblies (11) and tube assemblies (12) from clips (13). Remove bolts (9) in order to remove mounting bracket (10) .

Loosen bolts (20) in reverse order to the sequence that is shown. Remove bolts (20). Remove engine oil cooler (14) .Note: Bolts (20 are different lengths)
Remove joint (15). Remove bolts (19) in order to remove cooler matrix (16) from housing (18). Remove joints (17) .Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Clean the mating surfaces of the housing for the oil cooler and the cylinder block.

Install joints (17). Install cooler matrix (16) into housing (18). Install bolts (19). Install joint (15) .
Install engine oil cooler (14). Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft) in the sequence that is shown.

Install mounting bracket (10) and install bolts (9). Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft). Install tube assemblies (12) and tube assemblies (11) into clips (13) .

Install electronic control module (8) and install bolts (7). Connect harness assemblies (6). Connect tube assemblies (5) .

Install plate (4) and install bolts (3) .

Install walkway assembly (2) and install bolts (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
Check the level of the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
