Disconnect the tube assembly from the bottom shunt tank line by removing four hose clamps (F) and hose (G). Refer to Illustration 5. Save four hose clamps (F) and hose (G).

Align the adapter holes on tube assembly (2) to the bottom flange on the shunt tank. Install tube assembly (2), rectangular seal (3) using four bolts (D) and four washers (E) that are saved in Step 3 of "Removal Procedure". Refer to Illustration 10.Note: Use a suitable tool to grind the flange of new tube assembly (2). Grind 5 mm (0.2 inch) off each side for the flange for avoiding interference during installation as required. Refer to Illustration 8.

Clip tube assembly (2) to the L bracket (R) at the first clipping point using bolt (H), washer (J), and clip (K) that are saved in Step 5 of "Removal Procedure". Refer to Illustration 11.
Clip tube assembly (2) to new welded boss on fan support using bolt (H), washer (J), and clamp (L) that are saved in Step 6 of "Removal Procedure". Refer to Illustration 11.

Connect other end of the tube assembly (2) to the bottom shunt tank water line tube assembly using four hose clamps (F) and hose (G) that are saved in Step 4 of "Removal Procedure". Refer to Illustration 12.Note: Make sure the two hose clamps (F) on each side are 180 degrees apart when tightening.
Fill the system with coolant.Note: Check for any leaks at joints visually.
