Removal Procedure

Remove bolts (1) and (2). Loosen bolt (3) and position harness assembly (4) aside.

Disconnect harness assembly (5) and remove engine oil pressure sensor (6).
Remove the O-ring seal from engine oil pressure sensor (6). Installation Procedure
Install engine oil pressure sensor (6) in the reverse order of removal. Note: Do not pre-tighten the sensor using the plastic portion of the sensor. Pre-tighten the sensor using the metal hex portion of the sensor. Damage can occur to the sensor if pre-tightened using the plastic portion of the sensor.
Tighten engine oil pressure sensor (6) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 7.0 0.5 N m (62 4.5 lb in).
