Position hose (16) and hose (17) to the front axle. Connect the hoses to the front axle.
Position harness (8) to the front axle. Install the cable strap that secures the harness to hose (16). Refer to the white arrow in Illustration 10 and to the note that was made during the removal procedure for the position of the cable strap.

Position hoses (15) to the hydrostatic drive motor before connecting the hoses to the hydrostatic drive motor.

Connect tee (10) and hose (13) to elbow (12) at connector (14) .

Connect hose (9) to tee (10) .
Tighten elbow (12) at connector (11) to the hydrostatic drive motor.

Position harness (5), harness (7) and harness (8) to the front axle. Connect harnesses (5) to harness (7) and harness (8) at electrical connectors (6) .

Connect electrical connector (4) to the hydrostatic drive motor.

Position hoses (3) to the hydrostatic drive motor before connecting the hoses to the hydrostatic drive motor.

Position hose (1) to the hydrostatic drive motor before connecting the hose to the hydrostatic drive motor.
Install a new cable strap in order to secure brake cable (2) to hose (1). Refer to the white arrow in Illustration 17 and to the note that was made during the removal procedure.

Use Tooling (A) to raise the wheels for the front axle off the ground no more than 50 mm (2 inch). The weight of the machine is approximately 5500 kg (12125 lb).

Remove Tool (B) and any cribbing that was used from the engine compartment at the right front side of the machine. Refer to Illustration 19.

Remove Tool (C) and any cribbing from the underside of the cab on the left front side of the machine. Refer to Illustration 20.
Use Tooling (A) to lower the machine to the ground before removing the Tooling from the machine.

Remove all the cribbing that was installed between the rear axle and the chassis in order to stop any oscillation of the rear axle. Refer to the white arrow in Illustration 21., End By:
Remove the boom cylinder lock and lower the boom. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Boom Cylinder Lock - Removal and Installation Procedures".
Install the drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
Install the fenders onto both the front wheels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly ManualRENR5162"Machine Systems", "Fender - Remove and Instal".
