A 5S-1330 Valve Spring Compressor 1
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install the O-ring seal in the retainer (8). Install the retainer. Tighten the retainer to a torque of 100 15 N m (74 11 lb ft).
Install valve guide (6).
Install valve (10).
Install washer (5) with valve spring (3) and valve spring (4).
Install rotocoil assembly (2).
Use Tooling (A).
Install the valve assembly in the hydraulic press.
Compress rotocoil assembly (2) and the valve springs with the press.
Do not remove or install the spring locks with your fingers. If the spring should move, personal injury may result.
Install spring locks (1). Slowly release the pressure on the press.
Tap the end of the valve stem with a rubber mallet.
Install O-ring seal (7) and O-ring seal (9). End By:
Install the gas admission valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gas Admission Valve - Install".
